What it does

AI-drafted RFPs

Describe what you need in a sentence. The wizard asks the clarifying questions, drafts the RFP, proposes a timeline, researches vendors, writes the weighted rubric, and generates the questionnaire. All of it is editable before anything is created.

Silent RFP

Compare the field before contacting anyone. Coverbase researches how each shortlisted vendor would most plausibly answer, from public information, so ten candidates become three without spending anyone’s goodwill.

Evidence-backed scoring

Every AI score cites the verbatim span of the response it rests on, sits beside the reviewer’s own score rather than replacing it, and fails a must-have on ambiguity rather than passing it.

Comparison and total cost

Compare bidders across weighted criteria, with year-one and three-year cost side by side and a badge for how firm each number is: a published price, a quote, an indicative range, or withheld.

Decision memo

After the award, a record of why: the reasoning, each runner-up and the specific reason it lost, the risks knowingly accepted, and the conditions the winner must meet before signature.
